Shipping policy

Kellie's Kreations, LLC is dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience.  This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping practices, including delivery times, methods, and associated costs.  By making a purchase from Kellie's Kreations, LLC you agree to the terms and conditions described in this policy. 

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

Order Confirmation:  Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Processing Times:  Most orders are processed within 3-7 (depending on custom details) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Custom items or made-to-order items may have longer processing times, and this will be clearly indicated on the product page below the description.

Free Shipping:  We may offer free shipping promotions on occasion.

Kellie's Kreations, LLC is committed to meeting estimated delivery times; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.  Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues or high-demand periods.

If there is a delay due to high volume on be-half of Kellie's Kreations, LLC, you will be notified within 1-2 business days via email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping will be allowed for orders over $150.

Shipping Carriers:  We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders such as USPS and UPS.  Please keep in mind that packages may be delayed during holidays and carrier workloads.

Shipping Options:  During checkout, you can select from available shipping options, which may include standard, expedited or express, depending on your location.  Local delivery is also available.

Estimated Delivery:  Delivery times vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability.  Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.  Our processing times are separate from shipping times.

Tracking:  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation along with tracking information.  You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Local delivery

Local delivery will be allowed for customers within a 20 mile radius of Ragley, LA  70657.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50. For orders under $49, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Delivery days and times may vary and will be provided once a request is made. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-person pickup

In-person pick up will be allowed for approved customers. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on pickup options. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Mexico and Canada

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kellie's Kreations, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Kellieskreationsllc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once check out is complete.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Kellieskreationsllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Address Accuracy

Address Information:  It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.  Kellie's Kreations, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes:  If you need to make changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us Kellieskreationsllc@gmail.com as soon as possible.  We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an item has been shipped changes may not be possible.
